Getting started

Set up the Scheduler once, then create correctly timed Google Calendar events in just a few clicks. Your information stays in this browser unless you export it.

Add your schools and classes

Rename or add schools, enter their locations and classes, and optionally save each class's main teacher and student count.
Set your bell times

Adjust regular periods, optional irregular periods, and lunch settings for each school.
Save your teaching dates

Save working hours and teaching dates for each school so the Target Date controls can quickly move between scheduled school days.
Back up or move your data

Use Backup & restore in the Teacher Tools header to export or restore one backup covering all of your saved tools.

Settings

CAUTION: Your schools, schedules, and settings are saved only in this browser/profile. They are not synced through your Google account. Use Backup & restore in the Teacher Tools header to preserve your data or move it to another browser.
